Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Issues: If the cleaning or stain protection treatment does not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

  • Missed Appointments by Velcon: If we fail to arrive at the scheduled appointment without prior notice, a full refund may be issued if prepayment was made.

  • Overpayments or Duplicate Charges: If you have been mistakenly charged twice, we will process a refund upon verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of Mind: Once a service has been completed as agreed, refunds will not be issued for a change of mind.

  • Customer-Induced Stains or Damage: If new stains or damage occur after our service, Velcon is not liable.

  •  Unrealistic Expectations: Some stains or damages may be permanent despite professional treatment. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Refund Request Process

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of service completion at Hello@velcon.ie or +353 1 556 9628 with your booking details.

  2. Our team will review your request and may schedule a free re-cleaning before considering a refund.

  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
