Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Service Issues: If the cleaning or stain protection treatment does not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

Missed Appointments by Velcon: If we fail to arrive at the scheduled appointment without prior notice, a full refund may be issued if prepayment was made.

Overpayments or Duplicate Charges: If you have been mistakenly charged twice, we will process a refund upon verification.
Non-Refundable Situations

Change of Mind: Once a service has been completed as agreed, refunds will not be issued for a change of mind.

Customer-Induced Stains or Damage: If new stains or damage occur after our service, Velcon is not liable.

Unrealistic Expectations: Some stains or damages may be permanent despite professional treatment. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Our team will review your request and may schedule a free re-cleaning before considering a refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
