Velcon offers professional cleaning and stain protection services for upholstery, leather, carpets, rugs, and floors. The services provided are subject to availability and may change at Velcon’s discretion.
2. Service Payment
All payments for services are processed through pre-authorization. You will be informed of the total cost before any work is carried out, and payment will be processed upon completion of the service.
3. Service Guarantee
Stain Protection:
Velcon’s stain protection service helps to maintain the cleanliness of soft surfaces, carpets, and rugs by providing a protective barrier. While it significantly reduces the risk of staining, it does not guarantee that all stains can be prevented, as some stains may still occur due to external factors. Stain protection may also wear off over time and may require reapplication.
Cleaning:
Velcon offers professional cleaning services for upholstery, carpets, rugs, and soft surfaces. While we strive to remove all visible stains, certain types of stains or fabric conditions may limit our ability to fully clean or restore the item. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, especially those that have set or are permanent.
4. Client Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the areas to be serviced are accessible and clear of obstacles. Any damage to property due to failure to provide a clear and safe working environment will not be the responsibility of Velcon.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform Velcon at least 24 hours in advance. A cancellation fee may apply if notice is not given within this time frame.
6. Liability
Velcon will not be held liable for any damage caused to the property during the provision of services, except where such damage is a result of negligence or breach of duty by Velcon's staff.
7. Privacy Policy
Velcon respects your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of service delivery and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
